Hrishikesh Hirway

Hrishikesh Hirway makes music and podcasts. He’s the host, creator, and executive producer of Song Exploder, an award-winning podcast and a Netflix original television series, where musicians break down the creative process behind their songs. Vulture called Song Exploder “probably the best use of the podcast format ever.” Besides Song Exploder, Hrishikesh produced and co-hosted the award-winning podcasts Home Cooking, with Samin Nosrat, and The West Wing Weekly. As a composer, he has written and recorded original scores for movies and television, including the Netflix series “Everything Sucks!”, the film “Save the Date, the CNN documentary “Our Nixon,” and the video game “The Red Lantern". How do I join the streaming event?

After purchasing your ticket, you will receive two emails from StagePilot. One is a receipt for your purchase, the other includes a link and unique 8-digit access code. You’ll use the link to join the event and your 8-digit code to log in.

What if I haven't received my code?

An email was sent from support@stagepilot.com with your login info after you purchased your ticket(s). Please check your SPAM folder and mark it as Not Spam or Not Junk to be sure you receive future communications about your event. If you don’t see it, shoot us an email at support@stagepilot.com.

Which devices and browsers can I use to watch the event?

You can watch the event on a computer, smartphone, tablet, or smart TV. Please be sure your browser is up to date and you have a stable internet connection. Here’s a list of our supported browsers.

Help, I can 't access the stream!

We’re sorry to hear you are having issues accessing the event. Please take a look at these troubleshooting tips. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome. We also recommend clearing your cache and cookies if you are already on the most updated version of your browser. If you're still having trouble, contact us at support@stagepilot.com.

Can I watch the event on my TV?

You cast to a Chromecast device from the Google Chrome browser or use AirPlay to watch on Apple TV from the Safari browser. See below for further instructions.

You can easily cast the stream from your computer or device to a smart TV. Depending on the device you're using, please look for the casting icon and follow the prompts to connect to your smart TV.

How do I rewatch the show once it ends?

Once you have logged in with your code, just click the original link to automatically be routed to the stream. The stream will be available to replay until Sunday, September 24. If you log out, you can use the same 8 digit code to log back in and access the show. If you have to refresh or lose connection in the middle of the stream, you will resume where you left off once you rejoin.

Can I share my access code?

Codes can only be used by one person. Any codes found to be shared will be voided.

When will I receive my merchandise?

Merchandise will begin shipping approximately 4 weeks after the premiere.

Purchasers will receive an email from StagePilot containing a link to the event and a unique 8-digit access code. All sales are final. Shipping addresses and merchandise sizes cannot be changed after purchase. If you experience technical issues while accessing the streaming event, you must contact support@stagepilot.com before the rebroadcast period ends. Access to the streaming event will not be extended for any reason. DO NOT SHARE YOUR UNIQUE ACCESS CODE, it can only be used on one device. Any codes found to be shared will be voided. In order to watch the streaming event, you will need a modern device and browser and a stable internet connection. The streaming event includes a live chat. Any discussion, language, or conversation deemed to be inappropriate by StagePilot will be removed. StagePilot reserves the right to remove any users from the streaming event at its sole discretion. Recording, sharing, or downloading the event is strictly prohibited. StagePilot reserves the right to reschedule any event at any time. If the event is rescheduled, your original ticket will remain valid for the new broadcast date. If an event is canceled, a refund will be processed via your original method of purchase.
